Description: Panelists consider the archival interventions of non-European speakers in three geographic zones—the Viceroyalty of New Spain, Peru, and the Captaincy General of Chile—in order to offer a multisite perspective from which to question and challenge the essentialization of sources written in non-European languages materially and discursively.
