Session Information

Description: This session explores the persistence of religious thought and practice within modern political formations. Discussants’ expertise ranges from Hindu nationalism to varieties of Puritanism to Zionism to twentieth-century fascism. With these various contexts in view, panelists consider conceptual categories by which postsecular political theologies might be made legible.
