8:30 AM–11:30 AM Jan 12, 2020 (US - Pacific)

Sheraton - Greenwood

Session Information

Description: This workshop focuses on the practice of interpreting a literary work through creative projects. Participants experience connecting with a text, emotionally and intellectually, by playing with it to create a new work of art. The activity makes experientially real how treating a piece of writing as a pretext for play replaces fear of difficulty with the motivating energy of engaging with a challenge. Preregistration is required.
