Description: This interactive session simultaneously introduces difficult aspects of social justice and provides examples of approaches to working with these potentially triggering subjects. Speakers share pedagogical and textual strategies for working with modern slavery, climate change, and troubling and limiting taxonomies. The audience cocreates potential class activities and other approaches to social justice issues.
