Description: Panelists consider developing trends in Beckett studies and current debates about the implications of digital approaches in the humanities more widely. To what extent is there a conflict between digital projects and textual interpretation in Beckett studies? Do digital humanities projects in Beckett studies orient the field in particular directions? Are there aspects of Beckett’s work that speak to problems raised by the digitalization of culture?
