Session Information
Description: Panelists discuss ethics of pedagogy today. What does justice mean in the classroom and beyond? How has the pedagogical social contract changed in a digital age? What does a pedagogical culture of care and repair look like today? What do we owe our students? Do they owe us anything? What ethics can the classroom model, and how? Is the classroom a microcosm of the larger institution and its moral dilemmas? How can experimental pedagogies operate in an ethical context?
