During the open hearing, MLA members and delegates may discuss all items on the Delegate Assembly’s agenda except resolutions (for agenda information, visit www.mla.org/About-Us/Governance/Delegate-Assembly/Delegate-Assembly-Agenda/ after 11 Dec.). MLA members may also present new matters of concern to the assembly.
