Description: Translation and interpreting careers exemplify what global-ready students can do with their language skills: communicate at a high level and facilitate business, cultural, and diplomatic exchanges. In the light of the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ predicting above-average growth over the next decade, the translation and interpretation community sees a need to partner with educators to increase the pathways leading to careers in the field.
